The neighbour's house is actually rent out during the summertime with the 4 gîtes.

The gîtes, in absolutely perfect condition, are actually rent out during 20 weeks a year (closed end of November to end of March).

Very good results to take over : the actual prices are moderate (can be higher); the Maison de Loisir as well as the 2 barns can be transformed into gîtes and rent out, too. 30 % of the guests come regularly.
